This policy is a practical launch draft for Search Intelligence and is not legal advice. Review it with counsel before production launch.
We may collect account information, authentication data, organization membership, brand profiles, competitor names, topics, prompts, scan configuration, scan responses, parsed metrics, source URLs, alerts, and product usage data.
We may also collect device, log, security, and diagnostic information needed to operate, protect, and improve the product.
We use information to provide the product, authenticate users, scope brand and baseline access, run AI visibility scans, calculate metrics, show dashboards, improve reliability, prevent abuse, and communicate with users.
We may use aggregated or de-identified information to understand product performance and improve analytics quality.
Search Intelligence may send prompts, brand context, competitor context, and scan instructions to AI gateway or enrichment providers to generate or analyze responses.
We use service providers for hosting, database, authentication, AI gateway, brand enrichment, competitor discovery, source enrichment, email, observability, and security operations.
We use essential cookies for authentication, security, active brand or baseline scope, and session continuity.
If analytics or product-experience cookies are enabled, they should be used to understand product usage, performance, and onboarding friction.
We share information with service providers that help operate the product, with organization users authorized to access the same workspace, when required by law, or to protect rights, safety, and security.
We do not sell personal information as a standalone data broker product.
We retain information for as long as needed to provide the product, maintain audit evidence, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.
Retention periods may depend on account status, contractual obligations, backup cycles, and security needs.
We use access controls, server-side secret handling, row-level authorization patterns, and operational safeguards designed to protect product data.
No internet service is completely secure, so users should avoid submitting unnecessary sensitive personal data into prompts or brand notes.
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, export, restrict, or object to certain processing of personal information.
Authorized account or organization administrators may also manage brand, baseline, prompt, and scan data inside the product.
Search Intelligence and its providers may process information in countries other than where you live or where your organization is located.
Where required, international transfers should use appropriate contractual, technical, and organizational safeguards.
Search Intelligence is intended for business users and is not directed to children.
Do not use the product to submit personal information about children unless you have a lawful basis and written authorization to do so.
We may update this Privacy Policy as the product, providers, or legal requirements change.
Material changes should be communicated through the product or another reasonable method.
Privacy questions or requests should be sent through the support or account contact channel provided in the product.
